National Agency for Development of Small and Medium Enterprises started, in cooperation with foreign partners (GECKO programs – Great Britain, Shine People and Places – Great Britain, X-panel– Cyprus, Mentoring Center – Czech Republic), a project to supportmentoring in the field of tourism.
The main objective of the two-year project is the exchange of experiences and international cooperation in defining and sharing practical knowledge from this field.
Mentoring is a developed technique of enhancing personal development of employees in several west European countries and has proven to be particularly successful in the tourism sector. Through the cooperation with partners, we would like to transfer knowledge, as well as the concept of mentoring in tourism, as a tool of informal education of people/stakeholders.
